People warned us of the stress involved in building a new home. However, we found working with Irwin Contracting the process was easy, organized, and very enjoyable. We appreciated being able to make our selections without limitations or restriction, and we applaud your flexibility in allowing us to custom build our home. Furthermore, your workers conducted themselves in a professional manner and obviously take pride in their work.

We love the floor plan, and have found that the layout flows very well. We particularly enjoy the family room with the floor-to-ceiling bricked fireplace and cathedral ceiling, the master suite, and the spacious front porch. We have received many compliments on the two story foyer as well.

In talking with people throughout the plan we hear a variety of complaints about their new home construction... None of these situations ever involves Irwin Contracting and we speak proudly about the quality of your work.

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the quality work of Irwin Contracting. Recently, Jeff Irwin built a house for me in the Deer Run plan in Level Green, PA. Although I have had friends who have had bad experiences with other contractors, my experience with Irwin Contracting was a very positive one. Jeff Irwin and Ruth Weightman were delightful to work with. They were honest and reliable throughout the entire building process. They answered questions, returned phone calls in a timely fashion, and gave valuable suggestions about lighting, carpet, and tile selections.

Jeff Irwin is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. He really cares about quality. He put special touches in my house so that it is unique. I have been living in my house for two months now and I still can't believe that I have such a beautiful home. I have received so many compliments from friends and family, especially regarding the gameroom which is breathtaking with its beamed cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
